  26. F. Kallon says:

Question – Are there any monitoring agency set up in the various sections responsible for sending the required and deserving students for this scholarship?

I am so much concern being that corruption has seldom the chance of selecting deserving students to the chance of selecting students on the basis of favorism and money concern. This happens intensively in africa. You may qualify but if you do not bribe, you will never be chance to have your cridentials posted. Only the rich get this scholarship for their children or child.

Concern – What if you allow deserving students to apply through the E-filing system and you scrutinise the applications and make inquesition for any area of doubt for clear reference from the approprate institution concern.

If this scholarship is meant to assist the poor, then an alternative approach has to be implemented for fairness and equal opportunity.
    Thanks

Scholars in Pakistan like developing countries are barred from seeking higher education due to certain prejudices . Lack of resources and social environ keep them away from the opportunities provided by the developed countries of the world. Thanks to this web site which have made me think of the fact that the social and economic barriers can be surpassed with the help of the internet facilities!
