Yes, you should have been offered a place to study at undergraduate or Masters level at Sciences Po to be eligible.

I am a male teacher from Northern Uganda.I have my first degree in English language and Literature in English. I also have a post graduate diploma in Guidance and Counseling. My interest is to pursue Counseling Psychology or Peace studies.the reason is that my people have lived under torment and brutalities for the last two decades and they are generally traumatized and depressed that need special psychotherapy. Emmanuel, the application process differs from scholarship provider to scholarship provider. Sometimes, admission to the school is required before you are allowed to apply for the scholarship. Other times, the application to admissions and the applications to the scholarship is done at the same time. And other times, your application to admission already serves as your application to the scholarship. Just follow the instructions set by the provider of the scholarship you are applying for and you’ll do just fine.
