Hubert Humphrey Fellowships in USA
The Hubert H. Humphrey Fellowship Program provides a year of professional enrichment in the United States for experienced professionals from designated countries throughout the world. Fellows are selected based on their potential for leadership and their commitment to public service in either the public or private sector.  The fellowships are full grants covering all related expenses.

Australia Awards Fellowships
The Australian Awards Fellowships are intended for those who are already leaders or have the potential to assume leadership roles that can influence social and economic policy reform and development outcomes.  The Fellowships are for short-term study, research, and professional attachment programs in Australia delivered by Australian organizations.  Applications are accepted from citizens of developing countries in Africa, Asia and the Pacific, Latin America, Caribbean, and Palestinian territories.  A maximum of $35,000 per Fellow is available.

The institutions provide professional training at post- secondary level in several fields of study. The courses lead to a Dutch certificate or a diploma and their duration varies from two weeks to twelve months.  The NFP allowance is considered to be a contribution towards the cost of living for the fellowship holder.

VLIR-UOS Training Scholarships
With the International Training Programme, VLIR-UOS funds practical trainings of 1 to 4 months on a development oriented subject taught in English at Flemish universities and university colleges.  VLIR-UOS provides full scholarships for the total duration of the training including  allowance of € 32/day, several one-time payments, accommodation, insurance, international travel and tuition fee.
